Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.

To start a return, please email us at help@wagnwishes.com with your order number and reason for return. You may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  36-02 Northern Blvd unit 3231, Long Island City, NY 11101 

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Wag N Wishes reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our return policy and are used or worn out.

We offer a 3-month warranty on our products.
